These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the PTAS mobile applicationand associated services. By accessing or using the App or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the App or Services.
As part of PTAS's ongoing commitment to enhance service quality and tailor it to individual needs, and in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 ("DPA"), its Implementing Rules and Regulations ("IRR"), and directives issued by the National Privacy Commission ("NPC"), you will be required to provide certain personal information when you interact with PTAS. This includes:
Using the Services to book rides or access features
Contacting PTAS for support or inquiries
Participating in surveys or promotional events
Attending PTAS-facilitated training sessions

By using PTAS, you agree to:
Be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
Provide accurate and complete information when registering with PTAS.
Use the App and Services only for lawful purposes.
Treat all PTAS users (drivers and passengers) with respect.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
PTAS will:
Use reasonable efforts to provide a safe, reliable, and user-friendly experience.
Ensure fair and transparent practices for both drivers and passengers.
Protect your personal information in accordance with the DPA and our Privacy Policy.
Respond to your inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
PTAS acts as a facilitator between drivers and passengers. We are not responsible for the actions or behavior of any individual user.
PTAS makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or safety of the App or Services. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App or Services.
PTAS may terminate your access to the App or Services for any reason, at any time, with or without notice. You may also terminate these Terms by deleting your PTAS account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PTAS regarding your use of the App and Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
PTAS reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised Terms on the App or our website. Your continued use of the App or Services following the posting of revised Terms will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
