Data Privacy

As part of PTAS's endeavor to enhance service quality and tailor it to the needs of each individual User, and in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, commonly known as the “Data Privacy Act of 2012”, along with its Implementing Rules and Regulations (“IRR”), as well as directives issued by the National Privacy Commission (“NPC”), you will be requested to furnish your personal details whenever you engage with PTAS. This includes availing services, reaching out for assistance, participating in surveys and promotional events, or attending training sessions facilitated by PTAS.
